A PR status is granted to investors with a track record of substantial business activities who have the intention of growing their investments in Singapore. To qualify for the GIP scheme, you must either:
Invest at least S$10 million in a new business entity or the expansion of an existing business in Singapore
Invest at least S$10 million in a new or existing Singapore-based single family office having Assets-Under-Management (AUM) of at least $200 million
Invest at least S$10 million in a GIP fund that invests in Singapore-based companies
